About the job: We are looking for a skilled and self-driven cleaning supervisor who wants to work night shifts. The work is scheduled on both weekdays and weekends during the night. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, with a 6-month probation period. Who are you?

• Have documented experience in a leadership position in hotels or cleaning services

• Self-driven and good at taking initiatives

• Cooperative and reliable

• Have previous experience in hotel cleaning, cleaning services, and/or night cleaning in Sweden

• Positive, energetic, loyal - and not afraid to work hard when needed!

• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for details

• Organized and structured in your work approach

• Have a clear and coaching leadership style with a focus on results

• Communicative and can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Have a service-minded attitude and a natural sense for guest experience

Meritorious:

• Experience with spa hotels in Sweden

• Car and driver's license

• Speaks more languages than Swedish and English
